NAVFAC Design-Build Hangar 7 – Norfolk VA

Design-build construction of Aircraft Maintenance Hangar 7 at Naval Station Norfolk. Scope includes foundations, steel superstructure, roofing, MEP systems, fire suppression systems, and apron pavement. The facility will accommodate two C-130 aircraft with maintenance bays, office space, parts storage, and vehicle parking. Estimated building area: 85,000 SF on a 12-acre site. Project includes site preparation, utilities extension, stormwater management, and environmental mitigation.
